すばら３（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Do短歌」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 個人情報の収集について

Do短歌はユーザーの情報を収集しません。

本アプリは、ユーザーの氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所等の個人を特定できる情報を収集することはありません。また、端末の位置情報、連絡先、写真等のデータにアクセスすることもありません。

2. アプリの利用データについて

本アプリは、以下のデータを収集する場合があります：

アプリのクラッシュ情報（匿名）
アプリの利用統計（匿名）
端末の基本情報（OSバージョン、機種名等、匿名）

これらの情報は、アプリの安定性向上と機能改善のためのみに使用され、個人を特定することはできません。

3. 広告配信について

                    本アプリでは、Google AdMobを利用した広告配信を行っています。

端末情報（機種、OSバージョン等）

本アプリでは、ユーザーの利便性向上のため、iOS端末間でのデータ同期・バックアップ機能またはJSONでのインポート・エクスポート機能を提供しています：

作成した短歌データの同期
アプリ設定の同期
自動バックアップ機能
JSONファイルでのデータ書き出し・読み込み

この機能により収集・処理されるデータについて：

データはユーザーの端末内およびiCloudに保存されます
当方がデータの内容にアクセスすることはありません
データの同期・バックアップは、Appleの提供するiCloud機能を使用します
同期・バックアップの停止はアプリ設定からいつでも可能です

5. お問い合わせについて

                    お問い合わせでいただいた内容は、アプリの改善に使用させていただきます。
                

ユーザーからお問い合わせいただいた内容（不具合報告、機能要望等）は、以下の目的で使用いたします：

新機能の開発・改善
ユーザーサポートの向上
個人を特定しない形での、開発体験・知見の共有

お問い合わせ内容は適切に管理し、上記目的以外では使用いたしません。

6. 第三者への情報提供

収集した情報は、アプリの改善に必要な期間のみ保存し、不要になった時点で適切に削除いたします。

Privacy Policy

Subara3 (hereinafter referred to as "we") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal information in the mobile application "DoPoem" (hereinafter referred to as "this app").

Syncing created tanka data
Syncing app settings
Automatic backup feature
Data export/import via JSON files

Regarding data collected and processed by this feature:

Data is stored on the user's device and in iCloud
We do not access the content of the data
Data sync and backup use Apple's iCloud functionality
Sync and backup can be stopped at any time from app settings

5. Inquiries

Inquiry content will be used for app improvement.

Content received from user inquiries (bug reports, feature requests, etc.) will be used for the following purposes:

Responding to inquiries
Fixing app bugs
Developing and improving new features
Improving user support
Sharing development experience and knowledge without identifying individuals

Inquiry content is appropriately managed and will not be used for purposes other than those stated above.
